Our client is an emerging large business offering diversified services to support government military customers across departments & major commands for over 50 years. They are seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team in the DC Metro Area.

To be considered for an interview following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor's degree, Clearable
• 10+ years of relevant business development/capture experience in the federal market
• Proven record of winning / capturing DoD BOS or related contracts
• Background in base operations, facility operations and/or engineering services/solutions
• CONUS, OCONUS & international experience
• Good interpersonal & leadership skills

Salary: $170K to $200K base plus bonus
