To be considered for an interview following experience/skills are desired:
- Degree required
- 10+ years of technical injection molding experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strengths in project management and leadership
- Understanding of scientific molding, and the ability to review and interpret data
- Strong team member, carry the standards
