- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of proposal development experience in the federal market
- 3+ years leading federal construction, facilities management or related efforts as the Proposal Manager
- Comfortable writing, coordinating, reviewing & overseeing the entire process
- Experienced with Adobe InDesign required
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, works well independently & in a team environment
