Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team in the Southeast.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering focus
• 5-7+ years relevant work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar title/responsibilities overseeing all Engineering and Maintenance functions
• Has a proven work history managing at least 6 direct reports
• Thorough engineering & systems knowledge of either blow molding or injection molding machines & processes

Salary: $100K to $130K base plus bonus
